Learning from a Professional Team
For Syakir, joining AICREATIVV was all about stepping into a real-world media environment.
“What inspired me to apply for an internship at AICREATIVV is to learn media from a professional team,” he shared.
At first glance, Syakir might seem shy and reserved, but behind that quiet demeanor is a sharp learner with a keen eye for detail. One thing that stands out about him is his willingness to admit when he doesn’t know something—a quality that makes him an incredibly fast learner. This openness to growth is something the team at AICREATIVV truly appreciates.
From Business to Media
Currently in his final semester of Business Management at IBTE, Syakir’s journey into media wasn’t a typical one.
“I want to experience the process of making films, short clips, and videos after being inspired by my favorite movies and content creators,” he said.
What started as a fascination with storytelling soon grew into a deeper curiosity about the creative process—from shooting and editing to crafting engaging narratives. Unlike many who enter media with a formal creative background, Syakir’s perspective is unique.
He approaches media with a strategic mindset from his business studies, but with the excitement of someone eager to learn how stories come to life on screen.
Working in a Team of Creatives
One of the things Syakir looks forward to most is collaborating with a team of professionals.
“Experiencing working together with a professional team is something I’m really excited about,” he shared.
For someone who tends to be reserved, this internship presents a new challenge—stepping out of his comfort zone and immersing himself in a team of fast-paced creatives. At AICREATIVV, he’ll get to see firsthand how a project comes together, working alongside experienced creatives in videography, production, and editing.
Syakir will be working closely with Amaru Jumat, Head of Media, and Aaqilull Qhaeer, Deputy Head of Media, both of whom will mentor and guide him through the world of media production. Under their leadership, he will gain firsthand experience in filming, editing, and executing creative projects that align with AICREATIVV’s high standards.
While he may be quiet at times, Syakir is always listening, analyzing, and absorbing everything like a sponge.
His ability to quickly pick up new skills and apply them efficiently makes him an asset to any team.
Growth Beyond Media Skills
Beyond technical skills, Syakir hopes this internship will shape him both professionally and personally.
“I hope to gain life experiences and improve my mindset through this internship at AICREATIVV to improve myself,” he said.
For him, this journey is about more than just learning media—it’s about developing resilience, adaptability, and a creative mindset that he can carry forward in his career.
Stepping into a creative agency as someone naturally timid can be intimidating, but Syakir’s openness to learning, willingness to ask questions, and sharp observational skills make him a perfect fit for this fast-evolving environment.
