AICREATIVV is making its mark in the business industry, and ambitions turn into reality with another addition to the team: welcome, Farhan Jafar Ali, our new strategic partnership representative! With Farhan now stepping out into the field, we’re excited to see his passions thrive, and what new and exciting opportunities he will bring.
Since his youth, before he was even aware of the term, Farhan knew he wanted to do public speaking. Out of sheer luck - and perhaps a smidge of fate - he joined the public speaking club in high school, and received his first taste of what became his lifelong dream.
“From tiny sparks throughout my life, I knew I had potential for public speaking - and this club was the platform that unlocked my potential to do what I am able to do.”
From there, he was on the up and up to immersing himself in as many experiences as he could. Six years in Toastmasters clubs, a couple more in Bruhaha Comedy as a stand-up comedian, and plenty of experience doing theatre, coaching, and volunteering work all shaped him to become the character that he is today.
An extrovert at his core, and down-to-earth throughout, Farhan’s strengths lie in creating meaningful and memorable conversations and relationships. This strength, as well as our shared values in openness, honesty, and trust, are what make Farhan perfect for his role here at AICREATIVV. A kinaesthetic learner, Farhan is eager to dive hands-first into uncharted waters and begin creating new experiences with us, from client meetings to discovery sessions. We’re excited to join Farhan as he begins this new journey, challenging his limits to new heights!

From the launch of AICREATIVV as a company, we have been advocating for a healthy work-life balance, and we believe that working with supportive and collaborative individuals is crucial to that balance. In a design agency, it is important that everyone feels comfortable to share their ideas and opinions, not only for the wellbeing of the team, but also for a work environment that is conducive to productivity and success. As such, we try our best to foster this dynamic relationship and culture through empathy and positivity, striving to be friends first, and collaborators second.

We believe that everyone’s experiences here extend beyond growing AICREATIVV as a company; they also have the opportunity to grow internally, and gain skills and knowledge that will benefit them in the long run, personally or professionally. To promote learning and growth, we provide everyone with access to study material, and encourage them to share what they’ve learned through a sharing session at the end of every week.

Farhan’s career path has always been in the realm of communications and marketing, yet, beginning any new chapter will feel intimidating and uncomfortable at first. Despite feeling like unfamiliar territory, we are confident that Farhan is in his true element with us, and that his experiences thus far have equipped him well to tackle new challenges with unrelenting positivity and zest.
With his passions and aspirations so clearly in sync with his strengths in public speaking and communication, we can rest assured that, with Farhan in the team, AICREATIVV’s image is in good hands. Fuelled by unwavering dreams and a single goal in mind, his ambitions are sure to carry him far and put him in the spotlight that he deserves.
