AICREATIVV’s former interns—Zaid, Alimin, Aiman, Muna and Liza—recently caught up with final-year Business Management students at IBTE Business Campus to share their internship experiences.
The ex-interns, who were with AICREATIVV from February to July 2024, gave students a behind-the-scenes look at what to expect during their own internships next year.
From first-day jitters to personal growth, the group spoke openly about their challenges and favourite moments, sparking plenty of laughs in the room.
They also dished out some solid advice on mindset shifts and how to overcome self-doubt, helping students get ready for the professional world.
Social Media Marketing was one skill they highlighted, as it gave them hands-on experience managing digital campaigns and creating engaging content.
With 118 students gearing up for their own internships in January, the former interns provided helpful insights into transitioning from student life to the working world.
The students, aged 17-21, come from various classes (BBM 11-14), all taught by Imamull, who also lectures in Digital Marketing.
AICREATIVV’s creative team—Amal, Iman, Rafidah, Aziizi and Stephanie—were also there, on the lookout for students with potential who align with the company’s values.
The main takeaway? Growth and change are possible when you have the right mindset and support — as shown by Alimin and Zaid, who both overcame their initial fears to thrive during their internships.
