Our old office was more than an office—it was chaos, creativity, and memories. Now that we're moving, what are the team's thoughts?
Looking Back at USC
For years, the UBD Startup Centre (USC) office was more than just a workplace—it was where ideas thrived, chaos unfolded, and some of the most ridiculous yet unforgettable moments happened.
“We were always singing, dancing, and being stupid as if people weren’t around,” Amal laughed. “The space was small, so we were crazy together.”
From impromptu dance-offs in Sanrio slippers to spontaneous trips across the border just to buy art supplies, USC held memories of a team that thrived on creativity and spontaneity.
“There was this one time I walked into the office, and everyone was outside,” Aiman recalled. “I thought someone bought a new car, but nope—there was a rat in Najang’s car, and we were all trying to find it.”
Every day at USC had its own surprises, each one adding to the long list of moments that shaped the team.
AICREATIVV Team Settling into the New Space
The move to a bigger, more structured office in Tungku marked an important transition for AICREATIVV. This wasn’t just a change in location—it was a shift in how the team operated and evolved.
“It feels... matured,” Amaru reflected. “There’s a clearer mission now, and the team knows it well. And the fact that there’s actually a place for everything instead of everything in one place? That feels nice.”
For many, the shift wasn’t just about size or facilities—it shaped how the space made them feel.
“It’s a much more comfortable space, where I can truly be myself,” Iman shared.
While the physical environment has changed, the energy that fueled AICREATIVV remained the same.
“It doesn’t really feel that different,” Amal admitted. “The experience is with the same people—still crazy as ever.”
For Amal (Co-founder, Creative Director), Amaru (Head of Media) & Iman (Creative Lead), were all there from the start — when AICREATIVV first expanded in 2023. They have been through all the changes, the faces, and the phases.
A Space That Grows With Us
This new office isn’t just a place to work—it’s becoming a reflection of the team’s creativity and personality.
“There’s already a lot of personalized items and decorations,” Amaru said. “I kinda want to see what will stick in the space nanti-nanti and what will change or be removed.”
For Aiman, the biggest excitement lies in the potential of the space itself.
“There’s so much room to create content,” he said. “It’s exciting to think about all the ways we can use the space for different projects.”
The walls will soon be filled with past and future projects, the rooms will evolve alongside new ideas, and every corner will carry the energy of the people who work within it.
The Future We’re Building Together
More than anything, the new office is about progress. AICREATIVV isn’t just growing in size—it’s growing in vision, ambition, and purpose.
“The dreams and plans,” Amal said. “With this new space, everyone is so pumped to be better together. And that’s what matters the most.”
